More value. More appeal.
Turn lower electricity bills into a selling point. With SOLARSTONE, solar is built into the roof - giving buyers their own source of power and your development a benefit that keeps delivering after the sale.

Bring your development plans to SOLARSTONE. We’ll help define the solar roof layout, estimated electricity production, materials and installation costs. Review these alongside the rest of the roof, so your team can budget for the complete solution.
For repeated building types, start with a shared roof design and check each building’s orientation and shading. Coordinate roofing and electrical work early, then give your sales team project-specific energy estimates they can explain to buyers.
Know what the roof will cost, what it could produce and what you can offer buyers - before you build.

As early as possible, while roof design and energy targets are taking shape. Already have drawings? Share them and let’s explore your options.
Compare the integrated roof with a conventional roof plus solar, using equivalent capacity and scope. Include installation, electrical work, exclusions and ongoing costs.
Solar roofing contributes electricity generation. Your project team checks the whole-building energy rating and local requirements; the roof choice alone does not establish compliance.
Agree system ownership, operating information, monitoring, warranties and service contacts before handover. Installation and support arrangements depend on your market and chosen project team.
